Part of the objectives of the Paddock are to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of visual arts including practical participation in them...and the Spring, Summer and Autumn lectures are a big part of this.

John Worth : Creativity, community and me

3pm Saturday 18th October

John Worth is a Lewes-based artist and author whose work includes painting, photography and writing. In his talk at Paddock Art Studios, John will share his creative journey over the past forty years, reflect on what matters to him as an artist and explore questions about being part of the creative community, especially here in Lewes.
In addition to his art, John was a pioneer in digital media, founding one of the country’s first digital media companies here in Lewes in the mid 1990s. His experiences in both traditional and digital creative work have shaped his unique approaches and the ideas that guide his practice.
